If you have cashed-in credits recently
and wish to now obtain more credits then reversing your cash-in
is highly recommended. As the cash-in debit may not yet be processed,
by the e-cash merchant, reversing the cash-in will return the credits
to your gaming account.
You cannot 'partially' reverse a cash-in or
reverse a cash-in that has already been processed by our e-cash
merchants because these funds are already on their way to you, via
your chosen method of payment, and are not in the possession of
the online casino any longer. Due to popular demand we have extended
the reverse cash-in period from 24 to 48 hours.
An advantage of reversing your cash-in is the
cost on credit card transactions that this will save you.
If you wish to reverse your cash-in, follow
these easy steps:
- Log onto the Casino with your User name
and Password.
- Select the Banking option.
- An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) will appear.
- The following options are offered:
. Purchase
. Cash In
. Reverse Cash In
. Add Credit Card
- Select 'Reverse Cash In'
- You will then be prompted to select an Amount
you have already cashed in.
- Click on the relevant Amount
- Confirm the Amount you selected to reverse.
- Select 'Yes'
- Your Credit Balance will increase by the
amount you selected to reverse!
